The agricultural production sector is managed by Jal Al-Sahara Agricultural Production Company (a subsidiary) of which the company owns (25%) of its capital. It works on cultivating potatoes in it, and the annual yield of potatoes ranges between 16-18 thousand tons, the bulk of which is sold to corporate clients, and the remaining part is transferred to the factory of the Jal al-Sahara Agricultural Production Company for the manufacture of frozen potato sticks, in addition to potato cultivation. Jal Al-Sahara Agricultural Production Company has a factory for the manufacture and production of frozen potato sticks and ice cream (under the brands “Jal” and “Ice Time”).
